While yes, it takes a little effort (like....93 seconds for this recipe to be exact), I promise you can make clean eating super exciting, yummy and most importantly... satisfying!

***Side note: The downfall of pre-made grocery store brands is that they all (or most) contain... DAIRY, NUTS, & INFLAMMATORY OILS. Not to mention a few other ingredients that aren't really that necessary to get a delicious tasting pesto sauce.
1. Trader Joes (Small) Pack of Organic Mint
2. Trader Joes (Small) Pack of Organic Basil
3. 1/2 Cup of Avocado Oil (Coconut oil works too!)
4. 1/2 Fresh Squeeze Lemon
5. 3 Garlic Cloves
6. Sea Salt to taste
***Remember, you are the recipe MASTER, not me. Add more mint, basil, garlic, oil to taste if you prefer a different balance in flavors. Example: if you want the sauce less thick, add more oil.
1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
2. Drizzle on top, dip, or use in a sauté!
