1 Garlic Clove

3 Spring Onions

4 Mini Bell Peppers

1 TBS basil paste

16oz Grass Fed Beef

1 Egg

Seasoning (garlic powder, sea salt, cayenne pepper)


Blend 1 garlic clove, 3 spring onions, 4 mini bell peppers, & 1 tbs of basil paste in nutribullet or blender. Add blend to one pack of (16 oz) grass fed beef. Add 1 egg and seasonings to taste (garlic powder, sea salt, cayenne pepper).  Make sure the ingredients are well mixed! Next, create your meatballs! Cook over medium heat, about 10 minutes on each side (or just enough until cooked fully depends on your pan and stove). Pair with a salad, mozzarella, and your favorite dressing.
