21 Days of Bloom was created not to just help you “diet,” but to empower you to step into something that you wouldn’t typically say yes to by yourself. And if you have said yes to following a clean diet protocol in the past, momentum is often lost and feelings of doubt and overwhelm often sabotage our efforts and plan to “finally do this!”
